The hotel is right on Lake Toya and we had a spectacular view from our fourth floor window. I wish there had been an accessible balcony. Also the location in central Toyako Onsen made it easy to walk to dinner the nights that we were there.

The owner was very nice and helpful he called the taxi for us and helped out even if we speak limited Japanese. The facilities were nice and clean.

I enjoyed the kind and helpful staff and the daily breakfast they offer. We had two breakfasts, and both were different.

Very spacious room with comfortable seating area with lake view. Onsen is also good, it also never got crowded.

All rooms face Lake Toya and good viewing of nightly fireworks. 5mins walk to Toya Onsen Bus Station (approx 100 metres away). Lots of restaurants on same street as hotel and bus stop for bus Mt Usu just outside hotel

Traditional Japanese style, good hot spring, you can see fireworks and lakes in the room.
